In reply to Kim. It depends on the windscreen repair workshop. If the workshop classifies that the crack cannot be repaired and the windscreen needs to be replaced most likely you will have no problem. But if the crack could have repaired than you might have trouble claiming.

Hi! If my windscreen crack n i filled the crack first with resins, before i go change my windscreen, will my insurance still be claimable?

In reply to Rahim. It depends. The insurance company might only pay part of the repair and not the full amount. It is best practice to go to the panel workshop because you do not need to pay first. If you go to a non-panel workshop you should get an adjuster to estimate the repair cost. Only after the insurance company has approved the cost, you should pay for the repair.
