Your comments and ratings are visible to all Malaysians. Our combined 5-star rating shows you the average rating by our user, so that you can compare the different agents with each other. This is similar to Amazon ratings of books and products. Now, you can see how ayour agent compares to other agents and help you decide if you need to switch or not.

Advantage 2: Promote Agents with Top Service
If you think your agent is the best and has provided you with excellent service, help your agent get more business. The best way to do this is to recommend your agent to your friends or share your experience here online for others to see. If you share the great work that your agent has done, then the rating of your agent will improve. A higher rating will look better to other Malaysians looking for a good agent, so that you help your agent get more business.

If you think your agent is the worst and has provided bad service to you, it is even more important to share that information publicly. Help other Malaysians avoid those bad experiences by letting them know which agent is not good. You help make Malaysia a better place by warning other Malaysians of bad agents.

You can add your rating in two simple steps
Step number 1: Search for your agent
Search in our existing database, if your agent already exist. If your agent already exist, you can just click on the “Rate your agent here.” link and immediately provide feedback.
Now, two scenarios can happen. You find your agent or you cannot find your agent.
Search here for existing agent by Agency Name or Agent Name.
Step number 2:
Scenario 1: Your agent exist in our directory.
Towards the end of the agent listing, you will find a link where you can rate the agent. Click on the link and answer the 4 simple questions that ask you for your comment, rating, name and email address.
Click on the green word “here” and you will be redirected to a web form to provide your rating.
Scenario 2: Your agent does not exist in our directory.
If your agent does not exist yet, you can be the first to leave a review for your agent. Click on the button below and provide us with the details of your agent together with your review and we will add it into our directory.
That’s it. You are all done.
