iBanding recognizes the Best insurance and takaful agents in Malaysia

We are honoured and delighted to give out the “Certificate of Excellence” to selected agents in Malaysia that have provided outstanding service to their customers. The “Certificate of Excellence” is a yearly certificate award to insurance and takaful agents who have proven to provide outstanding service to their customers. Agents receive the award for 2019 if they have

• Are listed on iBanding’s Insurance Agent Directory to receive feedback from customers openly
• Received 10 reviews that are 4 stars or higher
• Received any complaints from customers

iBanding’s certificate is unique in the industry because it is only based on real customer feedback and cannot be bought. There are other recognitions for agents such as the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) that purely show how much insurance or takaful an agent has provided. We believe that those award or designations are not a good indicator of how service-oriented an agent is, but how good of a salesperson the agent is.
