Ya, anda boleh membuat tuntutan tersebut tetapi semenjak anda tidak mempunyai insurans, anda tidak mempunyai pihak yang boleh membuat tuntutan tersebut. Anda boleh menggunakan claims advisor untuk membantu anda, selalunya bayaran tersebut adalah 10% dari tuntutan tersebut. Dear Admin,
My father was involved in a motor accident with a minor without a valid licence and insurance. We hire a lawyer to help us settled all the necessary documentations with MIB. Do you know how long will it takes for MIB to get back to us? because according to the lawyer, MIB still did not give any respond even after a month. And how long will the process take overall? Thank you 🙂

Selamat sejahtera,
Saya mohon pencerahan dimana, kereta saya di dalam keadaan berparking (tidak bergerak) tetapi telah 3 bulan tamat insurance & roadtax – telah dilanggar lari oleh sebuah kereta. Saya sempat mengambil gambar dan no. plate kereta tersebut dan telah membuat report polis. Bolehkah saya claim dari insurance pelanggar? saya dapat tahu dari sesetengah pendapat yang saya tidak boleh claim, dan ada sestengah lagi yang berkata boleh. terima kasih.
