We are honoured and delighted to give out the “Certificate of Excellence” to selected agents in Malaysia. The “Certificate of Excellence” is a yearly certificate given to insurance and Takaful agents who provide outstanding service to their customers.
Agents receive this award for 2020 if they meet all of the following criteria.
iBanding’s certificate is unique in the industry because it is only based on real customer feedback. Agents do not pay for the certification and is given out to qualified agents free of charge.
There are other recognitions for agents such as the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) that purely show how many policies have been sold.
