Buying car insurance online from Tune Insurance is EASY. You provide your IC, vehicle registration number and place of use and you can find out how much the car insurance cost. In the next steps, you can select additional covers like windscreens, third party and others.

Similar to other insurance companies, you cannot buy road tax on Tune’s webpage. To buy road tax, you need to go to the Pos Malaysia office or buy it online from MyEG.

Kurnia / AmGeneral ranks number 6th in the 2019 Motor Insurance Survey, placing it in the middle of all the listed motor insurance companies in Malaysia. AmGeneral Insurance bought Kurnia in 2012, hence why you may sometimes see both names used. However, the company advertises Kurnia more often in Malaysia. Kurnia offers two types of comprehensive car insurance:

Also, as one of the few companies in Malaysia, Berjaya offers specialized insurance for Grab Drivers. The additional insurance coverage that you need to select is E-Hailing.

Similar to most of the other insurance companies, you cannot buy road tax on Berjaya Sompo’s website. To buy road tax, you need to go to the Pos Malaysia office or buy it online from MyEG.
