In search for nation’s best motor insurance company – iBanding launches 3rd Motor Insurance Award

iBanding Services Sdn. Bhd. today has launched its 2017 Motor Insurance Award (MIA) campaign. This campaign is an annual survey that gathers independent information from vehicle owners across Malaysia as to which insurance company in their opinion is the very best.

The annual award is given out to the top insurance companies as recognition of their degree of excellence and effort in customer satisfaction.

Held annually since 2015, this year’s campaign is scheduled to run from the month of November 2017 to 31st January 2018. A nationwide online survey will be carried out on actual vehicle owners in which they are asked a series of questions about their motor insurance.

The survey is open to all Malaysians above 18 years of age with a valid motor insurance policy. And to make it exciting to the participants of the survey, 2 brand new iPhone 8 will be given out to lucky winners, as well as petrol vouchers as weekly prizes.

Best motor insurance company 2016

Last year, the awards for the 2016 Best Motor Insurance Company and the Best Motor Takaful Companies went to Allianz Malaysia and Syarikat Takaful Malaysia respectively. A total of over 2,600 feedback were gathered during the survey.

Price, quality of service and policy benefits were found to be the top three reasons why an insurance company is preferred by the participants.
