What is your best recommendation of an insurance product to your customer?

To be honest, it really depends on the customer need. I won’t be recommending something that the customer doesn’t need.

With my insurance knowledge, I typically conduct a fact finding session with customers i.e. types of policies they currently have, family background, marital status and so on.

With this information, I’m able to understand their current situation and needs where eventually it gets easier for me to offer an insurance plan accordingly.

I live by 2 values. Integrity and to always provide my customers with the best service.

I strongly believe that anyone should take up a savings and investment plan. There are still many people who are living with no savings and with no investment plan at all.

What is your best recommendation of an insurance product to your customer?

I believe there is no one insurance product that is a one size fits all. Everyone has different needs.

At the end of the day, a single young man may only need a medical card. Eventually, if he moves on to having his own family, he will have more responsibilities. By then he may need more than just a medical card. So, it really depends on their current needs.

So, it really depends on the customer’s current situation.

Do you have a life motto that you live by when interacting with customers?

With my strong insurance background, I understand that insurance can get very complicated. Terms and condition can get very technical and it’s not something a layman person can understand.

That’s where I come in to help simplify the terms and conditions— including to simplify the many years of insurance knowledge I’ve acquired.
